Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Placemarker 4 Perversion Podcast is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Digital Products
Digital products are licensed, not sold.

7. Fundraising Purchases

8. California Raffle & Opportunity Drawing Terms
From time to time, Placemarker 4 Perversion Podcast may conduct promotional raffles or opportunity drawings in accordance with applicable California law.
Where required by law:
- No purchase or payment will be necessary to enter or win.
- A free alternative method of entry (“AMOE”) will be provided with each opportunity.
- Where chance is involved, a purchased entry and a free alternative entry both have equal odds of winning.
- Eligibility requirements, prize descriptions, drawing dates, official rules, and free-entry instructions will be published for each raffle.
- Void where prohibited by law.
Participation in any raffle constitutes acceptance of the applicable Official Rules in addition to these Terms.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, credits, and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of Placemarker 4 Perversion Podcast.
Except where required by applicable law:
- All sales may be considered final.
- Digital products are generally not eligible for return or refund once delivered.
- Fundraising purchases and raffle-related purchases may not be refundable.
